چکیده

The 3D-Drift And SHift (3D-DASH) program is a \textit{Hubble Space Telescope} WFC3 F160W imaging and G141 grism survey of the equatorial COSMOS field. 3D-DASH extends legacy HST near-infrared spectroscopy to degree-scale swaths sky, enabling identification study distant galaxies ($z>2$) that are rare or in short-lived phases galaxy evolution at rest-frame optical wavelengths. Furthermore, when combined with existing ACS/F814W imaging, facilitates spatially-resolved studies stellar populations dust content intermediate-redshift ($0.5<z<2$) galaxies. Here we present reduced mosaic available community. Observed efficient DASH technique, comprises 1256 individual pointings, corresponding an area 1.35 deg$^2$ (1.43 1912 including archival data). median $5\sigma$ point-source limit $H_{160}$ 24.74 mag. We also provide tools determine local point spread function (PSF), create cutouts, explore image any location within footprint. widest \textit{HST}/WFC3 filter date, increasing extragalactic resolution by order magnitude.

Hubble Space Telescope Observations of the CfA Seyfert 2s: Near-infrared Surface Photometry and Nuclear Bars

We present near-infrared (NIR) J and H surface photometry of 24 of the nearby Seyfert 1.8, 1.9 and 2 galaxies from the CfA Seyfert sample. The excellent angular resolution of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST ) probes spatial scales as small as tens of parsecs in most of these AGN and is sensitive to the presence of nuclear bars and other potential signatures of the AGN fueling process that chann...

Near-infrared Emission Spectrum of Wasp-103b Using Hubble Space Telescope/wide Field Camera 3

We present here our observations and analysis of the dayside emission spectrum of the hot Jupiter WASP-103b. We observed WASP-103b during secondary eclipse using two visits of the Hubble Space Telescope with the G141 grism on Wide Field Camera 3 in spatial scan mode. We generated secondary eclipse light curves of the planet in both blended white-light and spectrally binned wavechannels from m 1...

Near-infrared Spectroscopy and Hubble Space Telescope Imaging of a Dusty Starburst Ero1

We present near-infrared spectroscopy and Hubble Space Telescope (HST) imaging of ERO J164023+4644, an Extremely Red Object (ERO) with (R − K) = 5.9 at z = 1.05 that has been detected by ISO at 15μm. ERO J164023 appears to be a disk galaxy, with an optical/infrared spectral energy distribution which appears to be strongly reddened by dust (Lfir/Lb < ∼ 200; Av ∼ 5). The combination of the narrow...

Microvariability survey with the Hubble Space Telescope Fine Guidance Sensors

The suitability of theHubble Space Telescope (HST) Fine Guidance Sensors (FGS) for a magnitude limited survey of microvariability among guide stars is investigated. The linearity, relative sensitivity, and dead-time constants of the three FGSs are determined, and the photon noise limitation of the FGS photometry is confirmed. The noise spectrum is found to be “white” and a procedure is describe...

COSMOS : Hubble Space Telescope Observations

The Cosmic Evolution Survey (COSMOS) was initiated with an extensive allocation (590 orbits in Cycles 12-13) using the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) for high resolution imaging. Here we review the characteristics of the HST imaging with the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) and parallel observations with NICMOS and WFPC2. A square field (1.8⊓⊔) has been imaged with single-orbit ACS I-F814W expos...
